How long before my website is ready?This varies on your selected plan, and the complexity of your website. The estimated time for the small website typically varies from 3-6 days, while the simple and full website usually take 6-8 days for construction.

What assurances can you provide regarding the quality of your work?Firstly, rest assured that we will initiate the payment request once your website is prepared to your satisfaction. Secondly, we will provide you with a website preview prior to payment and accommodate any requested modifications. Furthermore, even after the payment is processed, you are welcome to request adjustments within a 7-day post-payment window.

What payment do you accept?We accept electronic funds transfers or better known as bank transfers. Examples of banks which allow this are: Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Westpac, ANZ, Chase, Bank of America, HSBC and more. Check with your local bank for more information. Please note that we are not liable if the incorrect details are typed in during payment.

What platform is my website on?All websites made by QuikWebz are all built on Wix.

Will my website also be on mobile?Yes, we will create a website which is both mobile and desktop friendly.

Who hosts the website?You are responsible for paying for the hosing and domain name of the website, this can be done by upgrading to Wix Premium and choosing a plan which best suits you. More information can be found here.
